TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Report materials are to be submitted until 05 February 2007 in electronic format on a floppy disk or as an attached file by e-mail karpovavs@mstu.edu.ru. Please, name attached file with the first author's surname. One article must not exceed 4 pages including annotation in the English language. Each article and application is to be formatted as an individual file.

Materials of the conference will be produced in CD version and officially registered in INFORMREGISTER.

ARRANGEMENT FEE

Arrangement fee includes publication price, programme and conference materials dispatch and cultural program.

Arrangement fee is:

For the participants from the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States countries:
with the reports publication and participation in the conference work – 500 rubles;
with the reports publication, but without participation – 350 rubles;

For the foreign participants arrangement fee is 1500 rubles.

Materials are not published without preliminary payment.

REQUIREMENTS TO REPORT'S FORMATTING

manuscripts are to be submitted in the electronic format in the English or Russian language (optional);
word processor: Word 6.0 or 7.0 for Windows;
font: Times New Roman Cyr; font size: 12;
font of the headline – 16 semi-bold, (syllabification is not allowed);
font of list of authors surnames – 14 semi-bold, list of authors surnames comes after the headline (required space) and is aligned left;
after the list of authors surnames comes city, organization, department, e-mail angled and in italics;
after e-mail, required space, comes short annotation not more than 5-6 lines in English language;
the main body of the text is typed one blank line missed from the annotation;
paragraph indention – 1,25 cm;
line spacing – single;
left, right, top and tail margins are – 2,5 cm;
text justification, canister, drawings and tables in Microsoft Word;
references to the literature are to be made just in the text and in round brackets, at the end of the article comes the list of references to the literature;
electronic version of each article is to be submitted as an individual file.
